PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

During the high season it’s possibile to book only on a weekly basis

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment .For a 5th or 6th person in the holiday apartment a surcharge of 10,00 € will be charged ( from age 6 ).

For each holiday apartment is possibile to get an extra bed and we will calculate a surcharge of 10,00 -15,00 €.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity, heating, W-Lan and the final cleaning. On request, bed linen, hand and bath towels are changed free of charge.

As of 01.01.2024 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax. = 2,40 per day/ person (over 14 years of age) and must be collected on site.

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN

Kids up to xx years stay with us free of charge.

Baby equipment: Cot (complete with linen) and children’s highchairs available free of charge upon request.

PETS

For your four-legged family members we charge 12,00 -15,00 € per day. Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid. Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. Since December 6^th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival: On arrival day, the apartment will ready for you starting from 14 clock. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

CANCELLATION

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4  weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We are looking forward to your visit! Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price. TERMS OF USE DIGITAL GUEST CARD

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
